1. International Shipping
DHL
For fast, secure, and professional delivery, DHL is our preferred partner for international shipments. Shipping costs, delivery times, and conditions vary based on destination and package weight. Refer to DHL’s official service guide for detailed terms and processing timelines.
Ghana Post Services
We also offer shipping through Ghana Post for international orders, with three service types tailored to your needs:
○ EMS (EG…GH)
Estimated Delivery/Arrival Time (ETA): 5–10 working days
Acceptable Weight: 0.1kg to 30kg
○ Parcel Service (CG…GH)
Estimated Delivery/Arrival Time (ETA): 14–21 working days
Acceptable Weight: 2kg to 25kg
○ Registered Service (RG…GH)
Estimated Delivery/Arrival Time (ETA): 14–28 working days
Acceptable Weight: 0.1kg to 2kg
2. Delivery Within Ghana
For deliveries within Accra and Tema, we collaborate with Qargo, ensuring same-day delivery based on order processing times.
For locations outside Accra and Tema, we use Speedaf, providing efficient delivery to other parts of Ghana within 1 – 5 days depending on the location.
Order Processing Times
When items are not readily available in store, the following processing times apply:
Beads: 3 to 5 business days
Bags: Up to 14 business days
Apparel : 5 to 7 business days
Processing begins once payment is confirmed. Delivery times will follow based on your chosen shipping option.
